Business Analyst

Highlights: * Fast-Track career growth * Attractive remuneration package * Work-life balance * Opportunity to take part in large transformation project Responsibilities: * Responsible for planning and implementation of operational projects, programs and improvement plans that has been assigned by the Head of Business Analyst. * Provide consultation, recommendation and implementation on IT/Ops related matters. * Conduct business scoping with the business users and to develop the User Requirements for signoff. * Review the documented User Requirements with the Business User and to obtain proper signoff. * Work with business units and IT to document functional test scenarios, test plans, and end-user acceptance testing criteria. * Participate projects in accordance to project management principles and methodologies as business analyst roles. * Develop/Maintain/Upgrade documentation specifics to Business Analyst. * Ensure personal development for self-improvement and build positive working relationships within the team. Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in General Insurance domain. * Business Analyst skill set – such as able to document the business requirements, analyzed the requirements, etc. – min 5 years. * GI domain knowledge (product development, underwriting, RI, Claims, Finance & regulatory related is added advantage) – min 4 years. * Working experience in Digital projects – min 2 years. * Experienced to work with Technical staff (inclusive of vendors) & Business stakeholders * Able to propose solutions or workaround.
