Senior Business Development Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop new businesses with New Customers and Existing Customers. 2. Provide project management and technical support for internal and/or external projects. 3. Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth. 4. To liaise with sub-contractors on facility or projects as well as fabrication of machine, tooling, jig, checking fixtures and etc. 5. Ensuring all expenses stay within the allocated budget. 6. Perform necessary technical training to workers. 7. Provide engineering and technical support to production. 8. Review and evaluate the process and implement continuous improvement to existing product, equipment, or processes. 9. Prepare monthly reports on the latest development status, improvement activities and cost monitoring. 10. Study and prepare quotation for customer’s RFQ and improvement proposal to meet customer’s target. 11. Assist purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations with customers. 12. Verify the mass production price as per current cost. 13. Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
