Responsibilities: • Coordinate with Corporate Communications to prepare flyers and brochures. • Create proposal sections that are organized, succinct and persuasive to comply with client requirements aimed at winning new business. • Occasionally attend conferences as representative • Drive the creation and distribution of various marketing and proposal qualification materials. • Develop and implement a client outreach process. • Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the product category leadership to achieve shared goals. • Coordinates competitive market intelligence to understand the execution strategies of competitors. • Increase market and brand awareness. • Pilot new ideas for content and thought leadership (development and medium). • Work with the necessary teams to profile and segment our audiences better. • Initiate and lead discussions with internal clients to drive a strategic approach to new business opportunities. • Maintaining contacts with key markets • Identify new business opportunities, new potential customers, and business opportunities. 1. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in logistics or express industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Proficient in English and Mandarin as this role required to communicate with HQ colleagues who speak and write in Mandarin. 1.1 Skills and Competencies (E.g : PC/Software Applications, Language, Personal Characteristics or Behaviors) • Proficient in both verbal and written in English and Mandarin as system is in Mandarin and required to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues from HQ.
