Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in logistics or express industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Proficient in English and Mandarin as this role required to communicate with HQ colleagues who speak and write in Mandarin. 1.1 Skills and Competencies (E.g : PC/Software Applications, Language, Personal Characteristics or Behaviors) • Proficient in both verbal and written in English and Mandarin as system is in Mandarin and required to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues from HQ.
