- Manage all sales-related activities of the company.
- Handle schedules and distribute sales documentation.
- Be proficient in computer usage and handle inquiries through telephone effectively.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients, negotiating terms at a cost suitable for them.
- Work in a team environment, assisting in conflict resolution and liaising with various departments.
- Serve as a liaison between outside clients and agents.
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including sales-related emails and telephone inquiries.
- Manage corporate customers' spare part orders, delivery schedules, and customer payment collections.
- Compile supporting documents for warranty parts.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a related field (additional qualifications are an advantage).
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Positive working attitude with pleasant and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Knowledge and basic skills in MS Office.
- Responsible, fast learner, and with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
