Head of Human Resources

About the role SOCC HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function. As the Head of Human Resource, you will be responsible for driving the company's human resource strategy and initiatives to support the overall business objectives. This is a full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur. What you'll be doing Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes to enhance employee experience and drive business performance Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of our talented workforce Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance, support and development opportunities Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR-related business needs Continuously monitor and improve HR practices to promote a positive, engaged and productive work culture What we're looking for Extensive experience (5+years) in a senior HR management role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry Strong strategic and operational HR expertise, with a deep understanding of talent management, organisational development and change management Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing HR teams In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
