RESPONSIBILITIES (identify the major responsibilities of the job holder) • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. • Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints. • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met. • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals. • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management. • Education and Experience Requirements: • Min a Bachelor in Logistics and Supply Chain studies or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field or related experience in logistics or express industry. • Familiar with hub / distribution center operation from managing staff to all aspects in operation. • Familiar with China trade of import and export activities. • Mandarin Native Speaker needed as system is in Mandarin and required to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues from HQ. o Skills and Competencies (E.g : PC/Software Applications,Language, Personal Characteristics or Behaviors)
