Store Manager

Looking for: Store Manager for Craft Workshop and Games Studio Location: Taman Pelangi, Jalan Serampang, Johor Period: Mid July onwards Duties: 1. Store Management & Customer flow - Oversee the daily operations and customer service - Managing of online booking system for craft workshops - Managing walk in customers for the games cafe - Cashiering duties and filing daily/weekly log 2. Customer Engagement - Replying to customers on social media - Interact with customers in-store, leading workshops and promoting our classes - Assist games cafe customers with understand game mechanics 3. Miscellaneous - Supervise part-time staff (if any) - Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times Time: Wednesday to Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm (and public holidays). Requirements: -Fluency in English -Willing to learn jesmonite techniques, board games and general store operations -Lead workshops, we will teach you :) -Some understanding in operating social media platforms (FB, Tiktok and Instagram) -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings, as required
