Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of success in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving marketing objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to: Social Media Marketing: Manage social media presence across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), create engaging content, run targeted ad campaigns, and monitor social media analytics. Content Marketing: Create high-quality content (blog posts, articles, white papers, videos, infographics) that resonates with our target audience and establishes thought leadership. Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including welcome series, product updates, and promotional offers. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, and track SEO performance. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media. Public Relations & Media Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, secure press coverage, and manage public relations activities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Experience with social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability1 to analyze data and draw insights.
