  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

· Working Location: Plaza Cygal, Bangsar (Near to LRT Kerinchi)

· Working Days: Monday - Sunday (2 days off – rotational shift)

· Working Hours: 7.00 am - 4.30pm/ 1.00pm - 10.30pm

SALARY: RM2000 + RM610
Allowance:
KPI = RM300
Shift = RM60
Technical= RM250
Quarter KPI = RM250

INTAKE DATE: 13 Jan 2025

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

· To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution

· Create report in the system

REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must pass SPM - Compulsory

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

· No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

· Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
