Working Hours: 2 shifts (9am-6pm, 11am-8pm)
Working days : 5 Working days + 2 Off Days
Location : TTDI, Puchong, Bukit Jalil and Johor Bahru centres
Job Description:
- Attend to the needs and requests of postpartum mothers
- Share information about our confinement care packages and services with customers Manage in-house and external customers’ enquiries
- Schedule bookings for postnatal services
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments effectively to provide customers an exceptional stay experience Overall ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Enjoy interacting with people Strong team player
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
- Proficiency in English, BM and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (as training will be provided)
