Job Summary You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a long-term client relationship to build trust and expand the target customer base. Constantly engage and understand the client’s requirements and needs, recommend suitable products and services to ensure clients to receive exceptional service and maintain healthy sales pipelines. Work closely with the internal stakeholders to assess the clients’ feedback and business requirements and perform market insight to develop strategic business plans and solutions. Benefits 1. Friendly and inclusive work environment Work Location: South Key, Johor Bahru (on-site) Responsibilities - Engage clients proactively to understand their needs and ensuring timely delivery of services to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Be the key point of contact on clients’ inquiries and provide direct product or service recommendations to achieve service excellence and contribute to the business goals. - Building trust and developing healthy long-term client relationships. - Generate new sales and identify new sales opportunities through existing or new accounts to maintain healthy sales pipelines. - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, managing the customers’ expectation in a professional manner. - Collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure proper client management, maintaining high customer satisfaction rating and create business partnership opportunity. - Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements: - Diploma/Degree - Candidates with basic accounting knowledge is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good command of written and spoken English - Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage - Meticulous, excellent service mindset, proactive and approachable - Organized and able to adhere to clients' requests and deadlines - Able to work independently as well as a team player
