Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process with expertise in accounting practices to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a comprehensive understanding of business processes within a professional firm, and a proven track record of implementing process improvements and maintaining ISO standards. Responsibilities: • Work closely with departmental heads and teams to understand their business processes, challenges and requirements. • Identify process improvement initiatives, operational bottlenecks and implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness. • Document current processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for business process optimisation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of the improvement processes. • Review, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including policies, procedures, guidelines and flowchart. • Ensure all process improvements align with the company’s strategic objectives and value. • Utilize data analysis techniques to monitor process performance and identify areas for further improvement. • Plan and execute risk-based internal audits based on the approved audit plan. • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and participate in ISO audits. Qualifications: • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) preferred. • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) working in a business process improvement or internal audit role within an accounting firm or related industry. • Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, and experience implementing ISO-compliant processes. • Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and advanced Excel skills is preferred • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people at all levels in the organization. • Good planning and organisational skills, able to work independently.
