Job Description

Courts Malaysia is one of the largest Furniture and Electronics retailer in Malaysia, owned by Nojima Corporation. Requirement:

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Setapak, work from office.

· Internship position for duration of minimum 3 months.

Job scope:

· Support and manage Human Resources portfolio - Recruitment, HR Services & Performance and Rewards.

· Support recruitment team in the sourcing of candidates.

· Publish job opportunities in appropriate job boards.

· Perform resume screening and phone screening to candidates.

· Evaluate the match between the candidates and the job opportunities - requirements established by Hiring Managers.

· Support recruitment team in scheduling interviews.

· Conduct reference checks and recruitment administration as part of the hiring process.

· Ad-hoc task.
