Responsibilities
1) Maintain department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment
2) Implement and maintains updated system for filling system, both paper and computer, inventory, mailing, and databas
3) Provides administrative support to the admin, HR and account department
4) Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, address complaints, explain information etc
5) Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers
6) Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
7) Support day to day administrative tasks
8) To assist in any ad-hoc task when assigned
Requirements
1) Diploma in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
2) Minimum 1 -2 years of administrative experience preferred.
3) Knowledge with common office software (MS Office).
4) Maintain good filing system, manage, sort and archive old documents.
5) Age between 20-30 years old
6) Able to work with minimal supervision.
7) Able to start work immediately.
8) Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
