Job Responsibilities 1. Attendance Monitoring: Oversee and track the daily attendance of two car park attendants stationed at Jonker Street, Malacca, ensuring punctuality and adherence to duty schedules. 2. Salary Coordination: Liaise with the HR department to ensure timely and accurate salary payments to the car park attendants at the end of each month. 3. Parking Revenue Reconciliation: Verify parking records from the automated parking system against bank statements and TNG (Touch 'n Go) inward remittances to ensure accurate reconciliation with the company’s account. 4. Rental Collection Oversight: Monitor and maintain updates on rental collection for two warehouses located near Jonker Street, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups. 5. Monthly Management Reporting: Conduct monthly meetings with the management team during the first week of each month to present status updates on the above responsibilities, highlighting key issues and proposed resolutions. Job Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree 2. Minimum 1 years of working experience is required for this position. 3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. 4. Candidate must willing to work at Petaling Jaya and occasionally travel to Melaka. 5. Full-Time position(s) available.
