  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Process vendor invoices and payment as well as monthly employee expenses claim and disbursements on time and accurately.
  • Perform supplier statement of account reconciliation and resolve AP related inquiries. Follow-up on open items until closure in a timely manner.
  • Assist in AR collection and follow-up as requested from time to time.
  • Assist in daily cash and treasury function on cash balance tracking and communicate with bankers on all payment related matters.
  • On time completion of month end closing activities including but not limited to AP, AR and inter-company balances reconciliation.
  • Support GL team for vendor expenses and invoice analysis as requested.
  • Escalate issues and potential risk for Management’s attention and action.
  • Any other finance related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
