Roles and Responsibilities: • Roles ASPIRE Program is S4 Hana Green field implementation project – Integrated Development Team: • To understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions, and facilitate solution deployment. • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to the customer WITHIN the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. • Participate in workshops to understand the AS - IS processes/ Current System Study and identify high level process/system changes to arrive at process documents, process gaps, fit-gap analysis, requirements/assessment documents that are agreeable to the customer. • Responsibilities: • Architecture Currently operating in SAP ECC environment and is beginning journey to S4 HANA. The entire program is divided into 3 phases with Phase 1 (Preparation) which has been concluded, followed by Phase 2 (program execution) and pilot roll-out and Phase 3 (industrialized deployments). The current phase of program is Phase 2. • Client Management Collaborate and align with client workstreams on PI scope and execution. Align with build lead on scope, planning and execution. • Design Involve in the design part for the development phase to provide the solution for the business with help of business standard and technology standard in MP2C area. • Development Responsible for the delivering the objects for the respective workstreams in Custom Application Development in SAP S/4HANA in ASPIRE project which involves design, end to end development for the custom solutions, review along with testing the technical solutions for the client in different workstreams. • Estimation Oversee integrated program planning (Functional/AD/ICC) and delivery of all Infosys build activities adhering to the internal and client processes. Align on the development plan with broader Build/Test/ Client teams. • Implementation Responsible for Production Cutover, Rollout and post go live support to ensure product stabilization phase. Development for workstreams like MP2C (Marketing Plan to Cash, O2C (Order to Cash), Make and Asset in Application Development streams. Coordinates with multiple stake holders from Business and IT to ensure the delivery of objects that are expected to be delivered in the given timeframe related to these workstreams. Two pilot deployments completed until now and heading towards next critical phase of having multiple parallel deployments running together across Europe and US region. • Knowledge Management Providing different technical trainings to the project members related to the workstream specific areas as per the client standards which help the team members to make on time deliveries with quality standards. • Maintenance After the design, build and test phase for a particular Program Increment, necessary KT is provided to the AMS teams for future issues that might arise. Defect resolution during all phases of testing (dry run/ SAT/ UAT/ post go-live, hyper care) will be handled by the respective team developers. • Production Support For every Program Increment that moves to production, a standard hyper care support is provided for a period of 4 weeks as primary point of contact for any incidents and additional 2 weeks as secondary point of contact and helping the AMS teams in the background. • Requirements Gathering Scope of work consists of creating global template for Commercial and Manufacturing also deploying the template to multiple sites that are planned to rollout as per Integrated program plan. Participate in the PI planning workshops and attending handover sessions from the client/ functional teams. • Testing Responsible for adherence to technical framework and unit test plan approach. As this project follows continuous build and testing with incremental product cycles, so end to end testing need to perform with automation to make sure build is foolproof before it gets deployed. • Transition As ASPIRE moves towards an Agile delivery approach, help expected to plan and manage the transition from waterfall to agile which will require significant effort to successfully embed into ASPIRE Project ways of working. Support effective transition by gauging uptake and assisting with understanding the execution of Agile principles. Help resolve incidents or challenges in implementing agile principles. Ensure governance and quality standards which cross over scrums or value teams are understood and applied. Review and improve ways of working on a regular basis. • Warranty Constant support in regard to the technical developments after any deployment, go-live completion, production movement of any program increments is provided by default until the solution gets stabilized. 2. Skills /Competencies: • Essential Skills: • S/4 HANA, SAP ABAP development for HANA including WRICEF objects. • Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. • Preferred skills • Experience in SAP HANA development. • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ABAP programs (using skills like Object Oriented ABAP, Adobe Forms, BAPI, Enhancements, BADI, Idoc, Odata, Ale, Alv reports, CDS). • Experience in code reviews and ensuring coding standards are followed. • Additional Skills: • Excellent customer interfacing skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
