Position: HR Executive (Mid-Level)
Location: Subang
Salary: Up to RM4,000

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Hiring:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for local and foreign staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to fulfill staffing needs promptly.
2. Payroll Management:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions.
- Handle staff claims, overtime, and allowances.
3. Training & Development:
- Plan and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
4. Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all Malaysian labor regulations, including employee benefits and statutory requirements.
5. Performance Management:
- Coordinate performance appraisals and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all staff and provide guidance to achieve goals.
6. Employee Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to maintain a harmonious workplace.
7. Foreign Worker Management:
- Manage documentation and permit renewals for foreign workers.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure all legal requirements are met.
8. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Conduct structured onboarding programs for new hires to integrate them into the company culture.
- Handle exit interviews and manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
9. HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate HR reports on turnover rates, hiring timelines, and other metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
10. Health & Safety:
- Implement workplace safety policies and conduct safety briefings.
- Manage employee health insurance and wellness programs.
11. Employee Engagement:
- Organize team-building activities, engagement events, and recognition programs to boost morale.
12. Organizational Development:
- Support initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SQL Payroll, AutoCount) and Malaysian labor laws.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment, training, and compliance.
- Ability to handle foreign worker documentation and permits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,100.00 per month
