DESIGNER PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Be responsible for design activities related to the most critical product features and experience for our users, with remaining activities delegated to squad members. • Develop a deep knowledge of company and seek pass’s strategy, product and user needs so that you can translate these insights into the design of our products. • Collaborate with the product manager and engineering, operation and commercial leaders to shape up the product features along with squad members, contribute to setting the vision, goals and objectives for your squad. • Build collaboration relationship with partners across the company management and other seek pass designers to get the things done. • Gain a deep understanding of important data and user outcomes, and how you design choices impact them. • Stay informed about related industry, government and competitor trends. • Conduct market research to understand user needs and design trends. • Develop innovative product concepts and create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes. • Collaborate with cross- functional teams (engineer, product manager) to ensure design meets functional cost, and production requirement. • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to bring design to life. • Iterate and refine designs, based on our user feedback and product testing. • Stay update on industries trend, materials and technology to drive product innovation.
