We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in English, and will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with new clients. This role requires proactive individual who is open to travel and eager to contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Actively communicate with potential clients to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Travel Requirements: Be available to travel in Asian countries monthly for approximately 3 days to meet clients and attend business events.
- Client Communication: Handle all aspects of client communication, ensuring a professional and responsive approach.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new clients, understanding their needs, and how our services can meet them.
- Motivation and Initiative: Demonstrate a high level of motivation and initiative in pursuing business opportunities and achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
- Education: graduate of Engineer or any related course.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
- Motivated Attitude: A self-starter who is driven to succeed and contribute to the team's objective.
- Client Management Skills: Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs.
