Farm Supervisor (Broiler / Breeding)

The role involves assisting the Farm Manager in overseeing daily operations on the plantation/farm, including supervising workers, managing machinery usage, and ensuring smooth material delivery. Responsibilities include recording the farm’s daily manpower chart, machinery usage, and progress reports, as well as preparing fertilizers and chemicals for worker use according to the company’s SOP. Routine farm operations such as morning roll calls, work and worker distribution, logistics, and social arrangements are to be conducted. The supervisor will manage a team of staff, monitor machinery usage, and inspect the work completed by workers at the end of each day, recording total output for monthly schedule comparisons. Additionally, the supervisor ensures that work meets quality standards, stays within budget and targets, minimizes wastage, and accurately tracks material usage.
