Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients and special assignments.
- Plan and lead audit engagements across various industries.
- Evaluate audit results, develop value-added recommendations to mitigate risks, and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Discuss accounting, auditing, and reporting issues with managers/partners and clients.
- Review audit work performed by junior team members to ensure completeness and adequacy.
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
- Manage client expectations and foster productive relationships with client personnel.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience from established firms, with strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and organizational best practices. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate level position.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with audit software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines.
