Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the Egg Grading Plant (EGP), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Propose hiring, training, and remuneration for EGP staff in line with company guidelines.
- Handle sales orders and related documentation, coordinating with various departments, sales teams, transporters, and suppliers as needed.
- Plan and execute the daily operational activities of the EGP.
- Ensure proper stock management, recording, and timely reporting of egg inventory.
- Oversee Supervisors and Assistants to maintain smooth, safe, and efficient EGP operations.
- Manage and maintain all EGP resources, including labor, packing materials, machinery, equipment, spare parts, facilities, and other assets, ensuring they are secure, well-utilized, and properly accounted for.
- Provide guidance on hiring and training for EGP staff, including drivers for egg lorries and sales vans.
- Implement and manage quality assurance processes at the EGP.
- Address and respond to customer complaints regarding eggs, ensuring corrective and preventive measures are promptly taken.
- Confirm and ensure timely fulfillment of daily orders for all egg categories and types.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistic or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at Supervisory level.
- Display a high degree of accuracy, attention to details and the discipline to follow up outstanding matters.
- Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.
- Experienced in executing and improving procedures.
- Able to engage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well verse in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP environment, Microsoft Outlook, Team and OneDrive is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Position available at Trong Farm, Perak.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
