Job Summary

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring candidates. Provide total staffing solutions to both clients and candidates as well as achieving the target given.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

  • Responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process to include talent outreach, marketing of positions, screening applicants and building a pipeline of qualified and interested prospects.
  • Carry out recruitment from screening, shortlisting and emailing resumes to clients, coordinating interview with clients, facilitating the selection and offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts.
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite and video interviews with clients.
  • Administer posting open positions and ensure they are posted to required job boards.
  • To meet the job order target given by clients within agreed turnaround time.
  • Responsible to achieve delivery goals/service level agreement (SLA) for each client program.

2. Administration – Contract and Payroll

  • Responsible of issuance of offer letter, renewal contract, termination, non renewal notification, early cessation of contract and other related letters as requested by clients or for staff, i.e; transfer letter / acceptance of resignation letter / confirmation letter / warning letter / etc.
  • Preparing, organizing and maintaining of personal files and records, tracking of service renewal and confirmation; contract expiry and renewal.
  • Administer staff movements including staff resignation / termination of service.
  • Compiling and updating staff movement data (e.g. new hires, promotion, resignation, transfer) and keying in information in Excel, and ensuring required documents (hardcopy/soft copy) are completed.
  • Send email notification to clients on contract renewal with reference to SLA timeframe.
  • Ensure all staff information in the payroll system is updated and accurate.
  • Compiling, checking and processing overtime, claims, attendance record.
  • Assist payroll team by providing relevant staff information such as attendance record, leave record and work schedule.
  • Preparing and checking monthly payroll data report to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform validations before salaries are paid.
  • Attending to all payroll enquiries or payroll computation raised by staff.

3. Reports

  • Update leave and medical leave record for staff.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly headcount report / job order status for manager’s review.
  • Prepare and update monthly reports as required by clients.
  • Prepare monthly invoicing report and submitting to clients in a timely manner.

4. Other Tasks

  • Perform daily activities with accuracy, completeness and on time.
  • Assist and support the team on the implementation of guidelines, strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in other tasks assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
