Job Overview
As a Resort Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth functioning of all departments.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the resort, including accommodations, dining, and recreational facilities
- Supervise staff members across various departments to maintain high service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality services and products
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses to achieve profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management with a focus on resort operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on guest services
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele; bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel industry practices and trends
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide staff members
- Understanding of human resources practices in a hospitality setting
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM15.06 - RM15.94 per hour
