Risk Manager (Kuching)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5~10 years’ experience in construction/engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and industry-specific safety standards.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work in Kuching, Sarawak.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management plan.
• Identify potential project risks and assess their impact and likelihood.
• Lead the Risk Committee on risk department activities.
• Monitor and report on risk status and mitigation actions.
• Facilitate risk review meetings and update the risk register regularly.

2. Project Planning, Execution, and Monitoring:

• Assist in the development of project plans, including scope and schedule.
• Coordinate project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Support the Project Manager in resource management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues and potential risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and updates.
• Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are met.

Benefits and Remunerations:

• Salary Range: From RM 5,500.00 onwards (Subject to work experience with the relevant field)

Working Days & Hours

• Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Remarks: standby for Sat and Sun if site urgent matters require to solve
