Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Isaromia House Jalan Serampang Taman Pelangi,Johor Bahru.
Job Status: Full-Time
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assists managers in planning, coordinating, and implementing organizational strategies to achieve company goals.
2. Supervises daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Develops and implements initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
4. Guides and motivates staff to achieve individual and team goals.
5. Provides periodic reports to managers on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
6. Manages customer or vendor relationships to ensure satisfaction and good working relationships.
7. Handles issues or complaints with a professional problem-solving approach.
8. Acts as interim manager in the manager's absence.
Requirements:
Academic Qualifications: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field).
Experience: Have a experience in supervisory/management position.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
Knowledge of industry or company operations.
