Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- -Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner. -Provide accurate information about the company's beauty products and services. -Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and route them to the appropriate department.
Administrative Duties:
- -Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. -Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming. -Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Sales Support:
- -Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations or inquiries. -Process orders and payments, ensuring accurate records are maintained. -Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns and support promotional campaigns.
Inventory Coordination:
- -Monitor and update stock levels for beauty retail products in the front office area. -Notify the relevant department of inventory shortages or replenishment needs.
Team Collaboration:
- -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. -Support the HR and management team with scheduling, meeting arrangements, or event planning as needed.
