Job Overview:
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members at Daier Biotechnology Sdn Bhd. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the team, particularly in the beauty retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about the company's beauty products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and route them to the appropriate department.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Sales Support:
- Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations or inquiries.
- Process orders and payments, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns and support promotional campaigns.
Inventory Coordination:
- Monitor and update stock levels for beauty retail products in the front office area.
- Notify the relevant department of inventory shortages or replenishment needs.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the HR and management team with scheduling, meeting arrangements, or event planning as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: No education required as long as you have interest in beauty industry.
- Experience: Fresh graduate are welcome to apply and entry level as well. Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or retail environments are a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage). *
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic POS systems.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Occasional weekends or public holidays as required
