Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the end-to-end management of in-person and webinar-based events. This role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the seamless execution of both virtual and physical events..

Key Responsibilities:

    -Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of AI-related events, including webinars, workshops, masterclasses, and other in-person training sessions. -Oversee all logistics for webinars, ensuring smooth technical setups, platform management, attendee engagement, and real-time troubleshooting during live events. -Manage the operational flow of daily activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to company policies. -Prepare and present detailed performance reports for events (both virtual and in-person), providing recommendations for future improvements. -Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., instructors, guest speakers, partners) to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction. -Supervise junior team members, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous learning -Implement strategies to optimize webinar and event performance, including promotion, attendee engagement, and feedback analysis. -Lead support teams for event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues during webinars and live events. -Stay up to date with industry trends related to virtual events and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance event delivery.
