  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with regional Client Services Teams within the group to ensure completion of client onboarding process
  • Proactively reach out to our clients to increase account activation and account deposit/funding rate
  • Engage dormant clients to understand and address their concerns to boost client activity
  • Reach out to exited clients to promote uSMART’s new features, service offerings and unique selling proposition to re-onboard them
  • Achieve management set KPI targets through providing a holistic investment journey for our clients

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is mandatory
  • Articulate in English & Mandarin
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity within the equities or investment industry will be advantageous
  • Basic understanding of financial products such as equities
  • Excellent in interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-driven and result orientated
