As part of our rapid expansion, we seek for suitable candidates to join us as:

SHOP ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrived
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
Undertake special assignments and related duties as specified by directors.

Requirements

Open for Malaysian citizen only.
SPM or higher
No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
Fresh school leavers and graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to understand and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
Good in MS Office.
Pleasant deposition and well-groomed.
Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
Able to multi-tasks, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset and self-motivated.
Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
