Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to supervise and manage boutique.
  • Oversee financial reporting.
  • Hire and provide training to floor staff.
  • Plan and grow boutique revenues.
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Ensure all relevant reports and documents are submitted timely.
  • Ensure all events and promotion activities are well planned.
  • Ensure execution of transaction.
  • Ensure a systematic and efficient administration of the showroom.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
  • Extensive work experience in the fashion retail industry and must have experience in managing boutique/branch/showroom.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills.
  • Possess the drive to achieve target with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
