Responsibilities:
- Responsible to supervise and manage boutique.
- Oversee financial reporting.
- Hire and provide training to floor staff.
- Plan and grow boutique revenues.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Ensure all relevant reports and documents are submitted timely.
- Ensure all events and promotion activities are well planned.
- Ensure execution of transaction.
- Ensure a systematic and efficient administration of the showroom.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
- Extensive work experience in the fashion retail industry and must have experience in managing boutique/branch/showroom.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills.
- Possess the drive to achieve target with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
