MASS Precision Malaysia provides a comprehensive array of cost-effective services, encompassing engineering review, quality engineering support, CAD/CAM software design and engineering, precision machining, TIG/MIG/Robotic welding, painting, and metal finishing, along with an ERP system to manage intricate component procurement and enhance supply chain performance
Responsibility:
- Adheres to all Company Policy & Procedures and Department Procedures.
- Brings to the attention of management problems, which affect the production and quality.
- Responsible for acquiring, purchasing, and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies for requisitioned material.
- Negotiates with vendors to obtain quotations, prices, and delivery times.
- Evaluates vendor’s quotes and services to determine if they are compatible with company objectives.
- Oversees the logs and records in the purchasing department to ensure accuracy and follow-through.
- Monitors the high quality of goods by reviewing costs, schedules, timeliness of delivery, and conformance to specifications.
- Ensures contracts with suppliers and vendors are consistent with the company's objectives.
- Coordinates purchasing quality and on-time deliveries, tracking supplier performance metrics (e.g., OTD, delivery, quality).
- Interacts with Suppliers on quality and pricing issues.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment that promotes a team atmosphere.
- Able to undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.
- Maintains up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in manufacturing (Sheet Metal / Machining) will be preferred.
- Advanced negotiating skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft words / Excel & PowerPoint).
- Problem solving skills and detail orientated.
- Work under pressure.
- Excellent employee relations skills and organizational development.
- Must have excellent reading comprehension, mathematical, writing, and verbal skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent on related area.
- Min 1 year exposure in Purchasing / Procurement / SCM role, and

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
