RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To issue out the materials used into computer (daily)
- To key-in the data from stock check ticket into computer (monthly)
- To print the monthly reports for Physical Stock Check, such as Finished goods, WIP, Raw materials and others
- To assist the sales department member
- General administrative function
- Maintain and update purchasing records and inventory logs.
- Verify and check the quality, quantity, and condition of delivered goods.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to fulfill purchasing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and budget constraints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic purchasing processes and supply chain management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
