Qualifications
· Degree holder (Fresh graduated).
· A valid driver’s license is required.
· Attention to detail and problem solving ability.
· Proficiency in logistics or supply role preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of shipping rules and procedures is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
· Inventory Management:
· Carry out stock counts and audits periodically.
· Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels.
· Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
· Update inventory records in the system and report discrepancies to the logistics manager.
· Assist in maintaining an orderly warehouse, ensuring goods are stored properly and safely.
· Delivery and receiving coordination:
· Prepare and process shipping documents, including labeling and documentation.
· Schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers.
· The role involves collaborating with carries, suppliers, and customers to confirm delivery details and address any logistical issues, including ensuring the recording of damaged or missing items.
