Technician - HVAC

About the Role:
Are you skilled in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems? Join our dynamic team at Mahsa Technologies as an MVAC/HVAC Technician! In this hands-on role, you will supervise and perform maintenance duties for buildings and facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and install HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Operate tools, machinery, and vehicles required for HVAC maintenance.
• Perform skilled electrical work, including wiring and motor repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, fans, and related equipment.
• Manage records, logs, and reports related to maintenance tasks.
• Prioritize and coordinate workloads across teams and contractors.
• Respond to emergency facility issues outside working hours.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Certificate/Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical technical fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Licenses: Class D Driving License and B2 (GDL is an advantage).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of manual and electrical tools, welding, and safety regulations.
• Language Proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Other Requirements:
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel.
• Able to work extra hours and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
