Primary Priorities:

  • Maintain and grow existing customers while focusing on developing new customers to expand in the Malaysian market.
  • The candidate may be based in Penang or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted markets to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
  • Conduct market research, provide forecasts, and offer feedback to the Sales Director for assessment.
  • Drive product presentations and penetration with confidence.
  • Adopt a sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales revenue.
  • Demonstrate a “hunter” mentality for acquiring new customers.
  • Maintain a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Possess strong technical acumen and effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Provide weekly reviews to the Sales Director for reporting.
  • Organize training for vendors, distributors, and customers.
  • Confidently conduct presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and acquire the necessary technical knowledge.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
