Responsibilities:
Primary Priorities:
- Maintain and grow existing customers while focusing on developing new customers to expand in the Malaysian market.
- The candidate may be based in Penang or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted markets to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- Conduct market research, provide forecasts, and offer feedback to the Sales Director for assessment.
- Drive product presentations and penetration with confidence.
- Adopt a sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales revenue.
- Demonstrate a “hunter” mentality for acquiring new customers.
- Maintain a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
- Possess strong technical acumen and effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Provide weekly reviews to the Sales Director for reporting.
- Organize training for vendors, distributors, and customers.
- Confidently conduct presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Stay informed about new product launches and acquire the necessary technical knowledge.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
