Petra Jaya Properties Sdn Bhd—an established leader in property development and management—is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, further build our brand and drive sales of our multiple projects.

Who we’re looking for – someone with:

• A tertiary degree in any field;
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a senior role;
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools;
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities;
• Analytical, organized, and creative thinker;
• Proven track record in successful marketing campaigns;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to achieve company goals;
• Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to exceed performance targets;
• Plan and manage impactful marketing campaigns to promote our projects;
• Build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities;
• Monitor budgets, track campaign success, and deliver performance reports.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
