Finance & Admin Manager
- Handle full set of accounts [Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), fixed assets, GL, bank and taxation], including reconciliations and preparation of accounting schedules
- Support the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, A/P & A/R and other transactions).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and to take proactive actions on any deviations, process invoices and payments
- Responsible for payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and etc.
- Prepare reports as required by the superior.
- Assist on matters dealing with company secretary, auditor, tax agent.
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks / duties as and when assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
-Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualification
-Possess at least two (2) years of post-qualification experience
- Exposure to local accounting standards and taxation law is essential
- Possess a high level of computer literacy with familiarity in MS Excel and good knowledge of ERP system
- Independent, pro-active and strong analytical skill
