Currently we are looking for Account cum Human Resources Admin to grow with us!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
  • Prepare and generate financial reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Oversee payroll management, deductions, and timely payments in compliance with tax regulations.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations for both employees and the company.
  • Assist with the preparation of the company budget, track expenditures, and help forecast future financial needs.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing employee onboarding.
  • Track and manage employee attendance, process leave requests, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee office operations, handle correspondence, manage office supplies, and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must at least have a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or HR-related roles, including payroll, recruitment, and financial record management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,QuickBooks,Xero) and knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Ability to manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
  • Experience in employee record management, recruitment, onboarding, and understanding of basic employment laws.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR/payroll software (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR).
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and employee documentation.
  • Effective communication with internal teams and external partners, alongside the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
