Admin Assistant Manager
1. **Administrative Management:** - Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning across the organization. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. - Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
2. **Human Resources Support:** - Collaborate with the HR department to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. - Provide guidance on labor laws, compliance with employment regulations, and HR best practices. - Assist with employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.
3. **Legal Compliance:** - Ensure all administrative and HR activities comply with relevant legal requirements and company policies. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations, such as employment contracts, workplace safety, and employee rights. - Prepare and manage documentation for compliance, audits, and reporting purposes.
4. **Financial Oversight:** - Monitor administrative budgets, approve expenditures, and optimize cost-efficiency. - Support payroll processing in coordination with the finance and HR departments.
5. **Communication and Coordination:** - Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and ensure alignment of administrative and HR practices. - Facilitate team meetings and maintain documentation of key decisions and action items.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or HR management, preferably in a supervisory role.
**Knowledge:** Strong understanding of HR regulations, labor laws, and best practices in administrative management.
**Skills:** Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
