Operations Management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow. • Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to company standards. • Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels are sufficient without excess waste. • Manage the outlet's budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within limits and maximizing profitability. Team Management and Development • Lead, motivate, and manage the outlet team and customer-facing employees. • Create staff schedules and manage labor costs. • Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet operational requirements. • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff to promote development and improvement. • Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of morale and teamwork. Customer Service • Ensure that customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service at all times. • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently. • Regularly check customer satisfaction levels, gathering feedback and acting on insights for continuous improvement. Sales and Marketing • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective management, upselling techniques, and promotional strategies. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local store promotions, events, and activities to attract and retain customers. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management on achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Compliance and Health & Safety • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations, including health and safety, food safety, and licensing requirements. • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the outlet, conducting regular audits and training staff on proper sanitation protocols. • Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring everything is in working order and adhering to health regulations. Financial Management • Manage cash handling, sales reconciliation, and ensure proper accounting and reporting processes are followed. • Review financial reports regularly and identify areas for improvement in cost control and revenue generation. • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and adhered to budget guidelines. General  To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.  Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
