Job Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium fabric and furniture products to designers, ID contractors, and clients in both the commercial and residential markets. Your role will involve working across two locations and ensuring top-notch service to our high-profile clientele. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, contractors, and owner. - Actively promote and sell our fabric, furniture, and accessory products. - Provide expert advice on design solutions tailored to customer needs. - Achieve sales targets. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. - Update clients with the latest product catalog, and additionally, service them with samples. - Conduct product presentations and address any product or project inquiries. - Perform sales administration tasks, including updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with sales activities, issuing quotations, and managing claims or payments. Requirements: - Willingness to work across two locations: HQ (Petaling Jaya) and Bangsar Shopping Centre. - A self-motivator who can work independently and deliver excellent customer experiences. - A passion for design and sales, with a results-oriented mindset. - Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Mass Comm, Business Administration or related field. - Advantageous: Experience in the fabric, furniture, or interior design industry. - Required skills: negotiation, consultation, presentation to individuals and groups, relationship building, strategic prospecting, lead generation, product knowledge, and time management. - Must possess own transportation. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Able to communicate effectively with English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speakers will be an added value. -5 working days per week. - Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
