Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities: 1. Manage, coordinate, prioritise and work with the Business Stakeholders and Business Users to ensure business requirements are aligned to the goal and objectives. 2. Manage, define, propose and evolve appropriate solution options based on the business needs, current state and target state 3. Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the application development team, with the right information, technical user stories & technical designs to ensure efficient and successful products are delivered to the market 4. Involved in interacting with Stakeholders across different countries as per project demand. 5. External relationship - Supplier & Third Party Company - Collaborate Co-work for technical issues and enhance a performance and relationship 6. Internal relationship - Analysis of Business, support and accomplish of approved IT Project, review of various requirements, collaborations 7. Pro-actively identify opportunities for enhancements and refinements in our products and processes. 8. Make the necessary adjustment required in the applications to work together with MS Dynamics 9. Ability to analyse and pull out data from database to analyse scenarios Skills Required: 1. Should have at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in ERP implementation, configuration and system design 2. Should be fluent in Tagalog and Sinhala languages. 3. Should be proficient with programming languages like C# and Python. 4. Strong experience in ERP software/system preferably MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3, X++ language is mandatory. 5. Should have good experience of Application Architecture Design, Java Application and Business Rules Engine. 6. Build, negotiate, and handle complex initiatives to prevent or eliminate friction between our business requirement and application flow 7. Should be expert in the UML diagrams as it is mandatory for our projects. 8. A strong technical writing skill and strong verbal communication. Expert to communicate the language of technology 9. Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process modelling tools is required.
