Role Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic Technical Customer Support Intern to assist our Technical Customer Support team. This internship provides hands-on experience in SaaS customer support while developing skills in content creation and knowledge base management. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about customer service in a tech environment and have an interest in creating educational content.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling basic customer inquiries about our loyalty program platform and WhatsApp automation solutions
- Help create and organize educational content for our knowledge base
- Support the team in documenting common user questions and solutions
- Assist in creating user guides and tutorial content
- Help maintain and update WordPress website content
- Learn and support platform demonstration to new users
- Assist in content creation for user education materials
Key Learning Opportunities
- Gain practical experience in SaaS customer support
- Develop content creation skills for technical documentation
- Learn about loyalty programs and WhatsApp Business API
- Understand customer education and onboarding processes
- Experience in knowledge base management
- Exposure to WordPress content management

Requirements
Essential
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Creative mindset with interest in content creation
- Patient and customer-oriented attitude
- Eager to learn about CRM systems and loyalty programs
Preferred
- Basic understanding of WordPress
- Interest in digital marketing
- Basic graphic design skills
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin
