Role Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic Technical Customer Support Intern to assist our Technical Customer Support team. This internship provides hands-on experience in SaaS customer support while developing skills in content creation and knowledge base management. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about customer service in a tech environment and have an interest in creating educational content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling basic customer inquiries about our loyalty program platform and WhatsApp automation solutions
  • Help create and organize educational content for our knowledge base
  • Support the team in documenting common user questions and solutions
  • Assist in creating user guides and tutorial content
  • Help maintain and update WordPress website content
  • Learn and support platform demonstration to new users
  • Assist in content creation for user education materials

Requirements

Essential

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical concepts
  • Creative mindset with interest in content creation
  • Patient and customer-oriented attitude
  • Eager to learn about CRM systems and loyalty programs

Preferred

  • Basic understanding of WordPress
  • Interest in digital marketing
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin
