Airfreight Junior Executive

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY : a) Submit booking requests from clients. b) Follow up with Airlines for booking confirmation. c) Forward Airlines booking confirmation to CS/ Clients d) Support quotation for network & clients – day to day as per request. e) Check uplift status & advise to client/CS accordingly. f) Update Final Load to airlines. g) Forward booking list to MH Duty Manager/ Teleport Planner/ other Airlines to monitor the shipment. h) Update daily booking report, claim report, Courier Net Work booking list, Landing Remark Certification list, and quotation progress. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: a) Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in equivalent fields b) Must have at least 1 years of working experience in the logistics industry c) Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malayu and English. d) Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint. e) Able to work independently and with tight deadlines. f) Self-motivated with a result-driven approach **Working days: Work 5.5days a week, (alternate Saturday off - Saturday work from home) **Working hours: 9am - 6pm Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Maternity leave Opportunities for promotion Professional development
