Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc.
- Provide assistance in preparing documentation for tender.
- Regularly monitor on project quality and quantity in conformity with project specification and requirements.
- Assist in checking and reviewing subcons claim.
- Assist in preparing variation orders (VO).
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.
Qualification & Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
