Lecturer in Accounting (Full time)

Lectureship in various disciplines and focus areas; Faculty of Accounting Taxation/ Advanced Financial Accounting/ Data Analysis/ Advanced Financial Accounting General Requirements: - Possess recognised PHD, Masters and/or relevant professional qualifications in one of the following areas listed. - At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for senior position. - Able to perform under stressful and tight-deadline situations. - Familiar with MQA and MyQuest requirements and specifications. -Well-versed in OBE. - Good presentation skills with good command in written and spoken English. - Junior lecturers are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: - Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating the teaching and learning. - To teach in the areas allocated by the Head of Academic. - To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum. - To monitor and report student progress in term of academic performance, achievement and attendance. - To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
