AITO is a leading fire protection service company serving the state of Selangor, Johor. We are looking for individuals that would like to join our company and make a lifetime career choice. HR cum Admin Responsibilities Roles:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll by ensuring all timesheets and attendance records are accurate.
- Address employee concerns or complaints and resolve issues in collaboration with the HR manager.
- Provide support in implementing employee training and development programs.
- Manage office supplies, including maintaining inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Schedule meetings, conferences, and events for HR and administrative purposes.
Skills required:
- Interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism (you are one of the faces of the company)
- Positive attitude (can be tough to maintain for some people in the face of an irate customer )
- Teamwork
